Letters

This month's Letters highlight Saia employees or departments that have received special thanks from some of our customers or the public.

Account Executive

PHX City Driver Christopher Motley picked up our crates today and just saved us a huge headache. Just by simply being attentive and alert, he caught an address mistake that was my fault. The crate was supposed to go to Washington state. He noticed it didn’t have a full address on it. When we looked at it, we noticed it was going to Massachusetts.

He could not have been any nicer and more patient while he waited for me to correct my own mistake.

We really appreciate him taking the time to double check everything and catch this (my) mistake. He’s a personable, friendly dude, and should get a raise… or a Ferrari… maybe both!

THANK YOU TEAM SAIA!

All the best,

Christopher

To All at Saia:

It has now been almost three weeks since we moved a significant amount of outbound business to Saia. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you for a very smooth transition. You have supported our business flawlessly during these past few weeks and have proven to be very responsive to our needs and extremely easy to work with. I can tell you that this is very refreshing to experience and it is much appreciated. Thanks once again.

I would like to acknowledge GRL City Dispatcher Zachery Allen for his help. My system would not let me schedule a pickup. I could make a shipment, but couldn’t request a pickup. I email Zackery when I have a shipment and he schedules it for me.

Today he helped me with a shipment and gave me the number for customer service. Good job, Zackery!

Sincerely,
