Jane Coogan with Desert West Auction in Mimbres, New Mexico called recently and made it a point to mention what a great job ELP City Driver Oscar de la O does. Jane said he is there all the time and that he is always on the ball and efficient. He goes above and beyond, and for her and her husband, who are 82 and 90 years old, respectively, this means everything. She stated she has been in business for 30 years and that you just do not see that kind of help any more.

I'm not sure who this email should be directed to. I received a delivery recently from Home Depot Pro via Saia.
Initially there was some confusion due to miscommunication. In the end, the delivery worked out very well - largely due to the gentleman that was my driver. MSP City Driver Brian Glusica was personable, intelligent and seems to be a very dedicated and hard-working employee. You need to hang on to this guy!
The delivery was to Harriet Hills Condominiums in Minneapolis, Minnesota. If he ever needs a reference or referral, I would be happy to help him out.
I would also greatly appreciate it if you will share this with him. In the crazy world we're living in, people need to know they're making a difference. Brian did!

Hi!
We just wanted to let you know how great one of your drivers is. His name is DEN City Driver Oscar Ramirez.
He goes above and beyond all the time. He never complains. He always “makes it work”. Recently, the city was tearing up the gutters in front of our shop and he couldn’t get his truck around back to our warehouse doors. He parked down the street and hauled four pallets and several super-long cartons down the street, then down our alleyway and around back to our doors.
He is the best driver I’ve worked with in eight years and several different trucking companies
