Hello there,

I would like to inform you about one of your employees, NSH Trailer Mechanic James Moss. My tire went flat recently. When I went to change it, the lug nuts were too tight for me to loosen. I could not remove them no matter how hard I tried. I had no one to call and my son and I are sharing a car right now so I was stranded.

I was struggling for well over ten minutes, in front of many cars going by on a busy street and no one stopped to help me. But, James pulled over to help me. He struggled to get the tire off, but was finally successful. He didn't have to pull over, it was cold and he had worked all day.

I just wanted you to know what kind of man works for you. He is a man who has strong character, who knows that his job as a man is to take care of others. This world lacks men like this, who put others' needs in front of theirs, but you have one who works for you.

You should be grateful and honored to have an employee like him. I hope that your company recognizes this quality. He is an honorable man and you should recognize him for it.

Thank you!

Good Morning Cathy,

My name is James Santistevan. I work for a company called Certified Labs. I have been recently having problems with shipping. Most recently, I won over a customer I have been fighting to get for three years on the promise I could get our grease to them before my competitor could.

I usually get my products from Texas in three to five business days. Well, I shipped and the kegs were lost. I called the helpline and they said they would look for it. I checked back the next day and they told me that they hadn’t started and they would start looking 24 to 48 hours after I filed a report. I was very upset at this, knowing that I was going to be way past the deadline with my new customer and most likely lose their business.

At this point, I was going to talk to my shipping department and request that anything going to New Mexico go through someone else. I was finally able to get a hold of DLS Business Development Executive Phyllis Teer. I talked to her about this she immediately went to work…going above and beyond to find it and get the grease delivered before the deadline.

I am very impressed with Phyllis and have new faith in Saia knowing I can contact her if I have any problems. She has kept me as a customer and I thought you should know. Thank you!

Jennifer Sturdivant
National Account Service Manager
ACO

Good Morning!

It’s not often these days that I can write an exceptional, in every way, review; however, that just changed when I had the great fortune to speak with ACO Special Accounts Representative Tammie Parker over the past few days regarding confusing and ill-informed delivery instructions via the vendor that sold me flooring for my new home.

In any event, Tammie very capably turned all of the frustration and timely delivery concerns abruptly around with her step-by-step explanations and not only that, but she promptly responded to every one of my emails and continued to follow-up with the delivery details as they unfolded.

Needless to say, she turned “lemons into lemonade” and I am very grateful to Tammie for her above and beyond approach regarding my situation.

I was so grateful that I couldn’t let this opportunity go by without acknowledgment in hopes that she will be recognized in some way, because if she was that conscientious regarding my situation, I have to believe she must go the extra mile for other Saia customers.

Most Appreciatively,
Diane Stacy
