Recently, I received a delivery of a greenhouse kit. One of the pallets weighed 1300 pounds and the two other boxes were not easy to manage because of their size and weight.

I wanted to let you know what an outstanding job LOU City Driver John Mattingly did. In my conversation with him, I learned that he had maybe another two stops to make and it would then take him 1.5 hours to drive home after that. Still, with that timeframe ahead of him, he took his time and made sure that my items were placed in a good location on my driveway. He even took the time to point out that there was some damage to the large pallet (the sender has already taken care of that issue), assisted me in determining what damage there was, and made sure it was documented with photos. He could easily have dropped everything at the curb and left before I knew anything about the damage or how to remedy the problem. I am not sure how long he was here, but it seemed like a long time for a guy who still had quite a bit ahead of him on a Friday evening.

I wanted to let someone know how courteous and accommodating he was.

I would like to take a couple of minutes to let you know that MBL City Driver Antonio Bush is the absolute BEST! He goes above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. He is always courteous, always greets us with a smile, and is always in a great mood. If we have pickups and he is going to be a little late, he always lets us know, works with us on any issues we have and never hesitates to do what it take for us. You all at Saia have a first class driver and team member in Antonio. Every employer would be blessed to have employees like him.
