Healthy Directions

Saia’s Healthy Directions Program will run this year until September 30. Please remember to visit your primary care physician (PCP) and submit your results by October 15. This year’s packets are currently available on the Employee Information Center, or EIC.

Participants in Healthy Directions will avoid the elective wellness premium increase on their healthcare benefits by taking a few simple steps to better understand their health, including scheduling an annual physical with their PCP. Just remember, all the required action steps must be completed and the packet submitted by the deadline.

Establishing a relationship with a PCP, someone familiar with your medical history and able to coordinate all aspects of your care, is an essential part of the Healthy Directions program. A PCP includes internists, family practitioners, and physicians who practice general medicine as well as OB-GYNs.

Together, you and your physician determine how best to improve your overall well-being. Please note that Saia will not have access to any specific, personally identifiable health information through Healthy Directions.

Upcoming Dependent Audit

Please make sure Saia has your correct mailing and email address on file because in coming weeks, some employee will receive important information regarding our annual dependent audit. Additionally, take a moment to verify that your beneficiary information is up-to-date as well via our enrollment site.
