Company Update

This month's Company Update highlights the two new National Account Executives. Also featured are the new ACO Customer Satisfaction Senior Manager, the new ACO Customer Contact Center Manager, two new ACO Field Customer Satisfaction Managers and the new manager for the Athens, Georgia terminal.

Rucker Named New National Account Executive

Tim Rucker has been named a Saia national account executive. In this role, he’ll be responsible for accounts in North and South Carolina from his domicile at the Charlotte terminal.

Though new to Saia, Tim has 25 years of experience in the LTL industry and has held corporate account executive positions with several other regional carriers. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Seiwell Promoted to NAE Position

Jennifer Seiwell has been named a national account executive who will cover accounts located in western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Virginia. She had been serving as an account executive in the Scranton terminal.  

Jennifer has been with Saia since 2017 and has worked as an account executive for both Allentown and Scranton. She has over 12 years of sales experience in the transportation industry. Prior to joining Saia, she worked as a strategic account executive for a regional carrier in the Northeast.

Budrock Named ACO Customer Satisfaction Senior Manager

Stacie Budrock has been promoted to senior manager, customer satisfaction. In this new role, she’ll lead a team of managers tasked with driving customer satisfaction through on-site customer service agents via process improvements between sales, operations and customer service that will enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction level.

Stacie started her career at Saia in 2007. During her time at the company, she has worked in billing, quality assurance and as the contact center manager.

Nash Named ACO Customer Contact Center Manager

Amy Nash has been named our new customer contact center manager. In this role, Amy will lead the ACO team that drives customer satisfaction. She will work cross-functionally, collaborating so that team efforts drive shared goals and customer satisfaction levels beyond expectations. She’ll also identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and customer communications.

Amy joined Saia in 2007 and has served as a phone agent, customer service trainer/team lead, customer service representative supervisor and contact center supervisor.

ACO Field Customer Satisfaction Managers Named

Teri Ferguson and Candace Marshall have been named field customer satisfaction managers. In this position, each will manage customer satisfaction efforts between trainers, management, and operational teams in the field.

Teri joined Saia in 2010. She has worked as a customer service representative, on the Saia “Quality Team,” and as a team leader, supervisor and trainer.

Candice started her career at Saia in 2011 and has served as a customer service and customized accounts representative, customer service team lead/trainer, and supervisor. She has 22 years of customer service/call center experience.

Haggenmaker Receives Promotion

Phillip Haggenmaker has been named the new manager for our Athens, Georgia terminal. Phillip, who goes by Seth, has four years of experience with Saia.

Seth started with us in Birmingham, Alabama where he successfully ran the outbound and breakbulk dock operations. He gained additional knowledge and experience while performing the role of city dispatcher in our Atlanta terminal.
