I heard some great news! John Hovland is in the Presidents Club for terminal managers! I would agree…Minneapolis has the best terminal manager at Saia.
This is a great achievement for the Minneapolis terminal! Sunburst appreciates all (John) and his team have done this past year. It has not been an easy accomplishment considering all the ad-hoc conditions we have been dealt in Minneapolis.
Saia has been a great partner to Sunburst this winter. We appreciate the early pickups when conditions were not favorable! Anyone can ship freight when conditions are great, but the best carriers can keep freight moving all year!
Hats off to your entire staff: drivers, dispatch, dockworkers and the rest. Thank you to you and your team at Saia for being the best carrier and a great partner!

Good morning…I just wanted to pass along how helpful our driver, SPF City Driver Albert Bussman, was recently here in Ozark, Missouri. We are an office of small-statured women, but we’re good to haul big boxes as we’re a print shop. But, he was so helpful to us. He even moved our heavy dock plate into place by himself!
He went above and beyond and provided very-appreciated superior customer service. We thanked him profusely, but if you can recognize him in any way, we promise he deserves it.
